Do I need tools to install the products?
No tools are normally required. Precut tennis balls are pushed over the chair foot by hand. DuraGlides snap around a compatible chair base.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Schools and organizations can email purchase orders to info@tennisballsforchairs.com. Include the organization name, shipping address, billing address if different, contact person, phone, email, product and quantity, and PO number.
Can I pay by credit card without a PayPal account?
Yes. The online checkout is powered by PayPal and supports card checkout without requiring the customer to maintain a PayPal account, when PayPal makes card checkout available for the transaction.
How is shipping handled?
Online orders are shipped by UPS Ground or the applicable UPS economy service based on destination. Online shipping is currently set up for continental U.S. deliveries.
How is Florida sales tax handled?
Florida online orders include 6% state sales tax plus the applicable destination-county surtax. Florida tax-exempt customers should contact us before paying online.
